John Fricke and Hugh Douglas broke down the Atlanta Braves series sweep of the Miami Marlins over the weekend.

Fricke and Douglas talked about Kevin Gausman being tossed for throwing at Miami Marlins starting pitcher José Ureña.

“I have a bone to pick with the Braves," said Fricke. "They needed to bean him (Ureña). They needed to hit him.”

The duo then talked about the Ozzie Albies' grand slam on Saturday night.

“Great weekend for the Braves," said Hugh. "One and a half games back of the Phillies.”

Fricke then talked about the Braves having Max Fried pinch run yesterday: “They are very, very, very lucky.”

“I bet Max Fried got a lot of respect from his teammates in the clubhouse yesterday,” Hugh told Fricke in response.

Fricke doubled down and said he doesn’t want any of the Braves' starting pitchers pinch running, especially Fried and Mike Soroka.

Fricke then dropped a wonderful nugget of wisdom on Mike Soroka. Fricke told the listeners that Soroka is the youngest with four straight starts surrendering one earned run or fewer to start a season since Fernando Valenzuela in 1981.
