The Atlanta Braves continue to rack up the awards for their unexpected, ahead-of-schedule 2018 season.

The Braves skipper received 17 of the 30 first-place votes to become this year's NL Manager of the Year. Snitker joined John and Hugh on Wednesday to talk about what it's meant to coach this team, and in this league.

"I do pinch myself all the time. I mean, this is an unbelieveable opportunity," the newly minted MOY Snitker told John and Hugh on Wednesday. "Like I say, there's 30 of these jobs in the world, and I got one of them. It is very surreal a lot of the time to kind of sit back and digest what I'm doing."

The announcement came just a day after Braves phenom Ronald Acuña Jr. was named NL's Rookie of the Year.

When asked about his young player, Snitker said "Sky's the limit."

This kid is so talented; the skillset is just off-the-charts. He's a very intelligent kid--great disposition, loves to play the game..."I have a feeling he's going to need a big trophy room when all is said and done."
