When Atlanta Falcons' head coach Dan Quinn took over the defensive coordinator duties, he probably wouldn't have predicted where the team stands defensively through the first six games.

The Falcons currently rank 26th in the league in total defense and last in scoring defense, giving up the most points to opposing offenses (186).

Meanwhile, they've only managed two turnovers and have found it difficult to get to the quarterback, registering only 5 sacks.

When it comes to the scheme, Randy McMichael said it looks like "they're just not comfortable in it."

"Would that help a lot more if you were comfortable in it? Yeah because you can just go and play...The last thing you want your defensive players to do is have to think. You just want to react."
