The Atlanta Falcons have a pretty wide range of expectations for the season. Almost nobody has them winning the NFC South, and while some have them getting to the playoffs as a NFC Wild Card team, it appears even more have them missing the playoffs altogether and possibly even finishing behind Carolina.

Atlanta Falcons Team Reporter Kelsey Conway joined John Fricke and Hugh Douglas and disucssed the players reaction to the critics and how much they pay attention to the media's expectations.

"These guys are operating knowing they have to prove something. Before last year everybody was saying the Falcons would be the first team to host and play in the Super Bowl, the expectations were high and they didn't meet them," says Kelsey. "So I think they prefer being off the radar and look forward to surprising everyone. They know they have talent in the locker room and it's not about having talent on paper, it's what you do with it."
