Rick Kamla and Randy McMichael debated the news of Atlanta Falcons receiver Julio Jones saying he will not report to training camp because he wants more money.

Rick said he understands the holdout but doesn’t agree with it because Jones still has three years left on his contract. Rick referenced unwritten NFL rules that players know they do not get paid with three years left on their contract and therefore shouldn’t ask.

Randy countered that players ask, but that doesn’t mean they get paid. Randy told Rick that with the Jones holdout it will give Calvin Ridley a lot more valuable experience in camp because he will get more reps with Jones not there.
