The Atlanta Falcons announced they are bringing back defensive end Adrian Clayborn on a one-year deal.

NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports that Clayborn's contract is worth up to $4 million.

Clayborn played three seasons with the Falcons (2015-2017) recording 58 tackles, 18 tackles for a loss and 17 sacks. He spent last season with the Super Bowl winning New England Patriots logging 11 tackles, 3.5 sacks and one forced fumble in his 14 regular and three postseason games played.

Jon Chuckery and Randy McMichael broke the news saying that Atlanta was the perfect fit after the Patriots announced his release.

"Just give me four sacks," McMichael said.

Jon agreed saying if Clayborn is logging nine or more sacks, that means Vic Beasley and Takk McKinley aren't producing.
