The Atlanta Falcons best win of the season came against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.

The Falcons looked like a completely different team in their 26-9 victory. The defense sacked Drew Brees six times and held him without a touchdown while the offense not only took over the time of possession, but was able to run the football effectively.

"This ballgame, Atlanta beat New Orleans. This was not one of those 'New Orleans beat themselves' and gave the game up," NFL on FOX analyst Charles Davis told Andy and Randy.

Is this an indicator that the Falcons are going to get it together a little bit?

"It's a positive indicator that they are capable but they're going to have to prove it," Davis continued. "You don't get to 1-7 without kind of earning it...Is it an indicator that they can flip it around and play to their potential? The answer is 'yeah.'"

Davis noted that this game could also backfire on the Falcons; or at least the coaching staff.

"In a lot of ways for Dan Quinn and his staff now, that game is almost a danger game," Davis said. "Because what you've done is put it out there that you're capable. Very capable. Your owner was sitting right there with a big grin on his face like 'whoa, now that's what I like to see.'"

"Whatever you do, don't backslide. Don't go back to what it was before because I'm telling ya, if they go back and play like they did during part of this 1-7, it's even worse on ya."
