Hawks head coach Lloyd Pierce joins Rick and John to breakdown the locker room attitude of the team.

Coach Pierce called the Hawks loss to the Mavericks one of the most spirited games they have played this season, but doesn’t think it’s fair to call their games against the Mavericks a rivalry. However he understands why because of Trae Young and Luka Doncic being tied to each other.

Coach Pierce admitted that Trae Young has a little more midrange shooting and a little less, three point shooting and credited that to him getting in the paint, kicking the ball out and finding the open man. Regarding John Collins, Coach Pierce thinks they are just scratching the surface to his talent and he is freestyling on the court. Lloyd told us that John Collins puts in the work of shooting the shot but also how to find space set his feet and shoot with confidence.

Finally, he reflects on the LeBron and Wade friendship/rivalry and how it's needed not just for the NBA, but all sports.
