Atlanta United analyst Jason Longshore joined Dukes & Bell talked about the teams win on Sunday and Barco’s recent emergence.

Longshore said scoring early was a big key in last night’s win.

“You get early goals teams are going to have to come out and play.” Longshore said “Kansas City isn’t one of those teams anyways, they won’t to control possession and they could not get it and when Atlanta lost it they immediately won it back.”

When asked about Barco’s emergence.

“It’s such a good young player.” Longshore said “He came in very respectful last year, maybe too much looking to yield to other players. He’s a playmaker, I think his teammates have given him the confidence to go out and make plays, he was involved in all three goals.”

Jason told the guys if Pity will follow a similar path that Barco has to become a bigger part of the team’s success.

“I think it’s going to be faster for Pity.” Longshore said “He’s at his third club, he’s done this before where he started slow, he’s still a teenager and this is his first big move. We saw more flashes last night, that was probably his finest performance in an Atlanta United uniform.”
