Jason Longshore joined Dukes & Bell to talk the new Atlanta United’s upcoming trip to Costa Rica for Champions league, plus the latest with Darlington Nagbe.

Longshore talked about why he loves the CONCACAF Champions League.

“It’s a fun tournament where you get so see some competition, different styles and stadiums.” Said Longshore “It’s such a cool trip where you get to see soccer outside of the United States.”

Jason talked about the draw the team got and the conditions they will be playing in.

“The Draw is difficult for Atlanta United in terms of the teams you will play.” Longshore said “But it’s a good one as far as sites where you will play at, they are playing in two of the better stadiums.”

When asked about the latest with Darlington Nagbe.

“According to Darlington and Frank deBoer he’s back in the good graces of the club.” Said Longshore “Now he’s going to have to earn himself back into the starting lineup, he will get minutes but will have to earn the playing time that he wants.”
