Atlanta United will have their first chance to clinch a playoff spot this weekend in a road match against D.C. United. Leading MLS with 54-points, the club needs only three-points to seal a place in the postseason.

Not unfamiliar with each other, Atlanta United won the first two matches and will look for the season sweep D.C. United's brand new stadium, the Audi Field.

The club's Vice President and Technical Director Carlos Bocanegra joined John and Hugh, and said it's always fun to play in a new building:

“Most of the (MLS) fields are similar in size outside of New York City FC. I think the guys are excited. It's fun to go play in a new building, new arena. It should be a good atmosphere up there... It’s kind of a new shiny object for the league and it'll be great for the guys. [We’ll> definitely bring a few different pairs of shoes, studs, cleats, molds to get the feeling but they'll work that out in the pregame warmup.”

With the NY Red Bulls sitting two points back, NYCFC six points behind and a playoff spot only one win away, Bocanegra said the team's eyes are on the prize:

"We want to win the Supporters' Shield. We want to win the MLS Cup. Last year, we were very excited to qualify for the playoffs in our first year, and that was a great accomplishment. This year, it's going to be obviously nice if we're able to qualify for the playoffs as soon as possible but we can't take our foot off the gas. This is crunch time now for us, and we've got to be (thinking) Supporters' Shield all the way until the end. That's the main goal, and then ride that wave to try and win the Cup as well."
