Former Atlanta Brave and current Fox Sports South analyst, Brian Jordan, joined Dukes and Bell. Brian told the guys what the Braves should do at the trade deadline, “I would address another front line starter, when you’re asking the bullpen to pitch every night inning after inning it’s going to wear on you when you’re asking them to go every night.”

The guys asked Brian if he thinks this is a team that can make a playoff run, Jordan said “This ball club gets it done, they’ve exceeded expectations but I feel some of these pitchers are starting to feel it a little, which is why I think you need that veteran starter that has been there before to reenergize things.”

Is it time to move Ender out of the leadoff spot, Brian told Dukes and Bell “He’s really been struggling, I thought the move back to that number one spot would help him but he’s really been struggling. I think it might be time to move Acuna back to that second spot, he and Albies really feed off each other and it might be time to reignite that Albies-Acuna one-two punch.”
