Carlos Bocanegra  joined The Morning Show with John and Hugh Friday and told them “Anytime you take a loss its frustrating. You have to get it out of your system by the next day, can’t let these things stay with you too long. Just like when you win you don’t sit there and think about how good you are.”

Hugh asked him about Paul Christensen’s performance Wednesday night.

“I thought he did a good job," said Bocanegra. "[It's] tough for a young rookie to come into that kind of situation, but he composed himself and has done a good job on our United 2 team when he’s been pressed into action.”

John asked Boanegra who would have been the goalie if Christensen had gotten hurt in Wednesday’s match?

“No one really takes practice time on that, you usually just put someone in there who has athleticism," said Bocanegra. "Maybe they played football or basketball but no one really takes reps for a situation like that.”
