Atlanta Hawks legend and analyst Dominique Wilkins joined John Fricke and Hugh Douglas, along with Hawks EVP of External Affairs David Lee. While introducing the Hawks' Million Meal Pack also took some time to address the team.

Dominique was asked about his thoughts on the Hawks' 2019 draft class and shared the following comments:

"My opinion? We had one of the best drafts of anybody in the league this year," said Wilkins. "We got every guy we wanted. One of the great things, you had two of those guys you drafted have some championship experience, deep into the NCAA Tournament. Hunter won it all, experienced young men coming in here"

Dominique compares the young team now to the team he came to in a trade from Utah.

"When we have a chance to grow together with young talents and then add pieces every year and Travis is doing the same thing," said Wilkins. "He's put his type of players together on this team and now he's going to have to develop, help those guys grow, keep adding pieces, and that's how you build a team."

Dominique also discussed his return from a serious achilles injury, which is exactly what Kevin Durant is facing now.

"It took me nine months to come back," said Wilkins. "The thing I told Boogie Cousins is that it's the work you put in, because you can't just rely on the technology. I was determined to prove all the doubters wrong and I knew I was back in training camp when I hit the ground hard, I grabbed my ankle, and I didn't have any pain."
