The Atlanta Falcons have been busy the past 72 hours as they've recently extended arguably the two most important pieces of their defense. On Monday they beat the deadline for Grady Jarrett and yesterday they met with Deion Jones' agent Drew Rosenhaus and got a deal done.

Hugh Douglas and John Fricke are impressed with the speed at which the Falcons are moving on these contracts and think that Julio is up next. With Training Camp starting on Monday they discuss the Falcons entering the season with nothing on their minds but football.

"Tells me you are serious about your guys and you don't want any distractions, you want to get ready for this Super Bowl run," says Hugh Douglas. "When you get deals done at this juncture and at this speed that says to me we don't want anybody crying about money, we want you to go out there and play football. With that said you gotta expect big things for the Atlanta Falcons this season."

"All 32 teams are going to be talking about winning the Super Bowl, but for the Falcons to make all the changes they did, entirely overhaul their coaching staff, it's with the intention of a Super Bowl run," says Fricke. "Fixing what you had to fix, lockinig in what you had to lock in, and getting healthy, all with the intent of winning a Super Bowl this year."

One of the future questions to answer will be how long is the window? With both Deion and Grady signing 4 year deals, will they be in a position to compete beyond 2023. Julio and Matt Ryan will likely be on the downside of their carrers, so the time to make a run is now!
