Earlier in the week the Falcons added LB LaRoy Reynolds and they have a pretty good idea of what they are getting.

That's because for two years ('16 and '17) Reynolds was a key member of the special teams for the Falcons.

Reynolds returns after spending the 2019 season with the Cincinnati Bengals and he's back hoping to pick up where he left off, as a leader on that unit.

"Being in this league, coming in as an undrafted rookie, that was my key in," Reynolds said to John Fricke and Hugh Douglas. "It’s a mentality, something you want to do and a special part of the game that I enjoy. I think that’s the part of the game that adds up all together, always the key factor. Being a lead on special teams is always something I prided myself on."
