After another loss to an AFC team, this time at home to Tennessee, the Falcons have fallen to 1-3 and the bottom of the NFC South.

John Frick and Hugh Douglas chat with Falcons Analyst Dave Archer about what he sees and what needs to change for the season to turnaround.

Archer feels the team is still looking for that vocal leader.

"It's a weird deal where you've got veteran players making mistakes in the games. It doesn't seem like anyone is stepping up and looking around for someone to make a play and nobody is making a play."

Archer also speaks about the possible need for a team meeting, "There's a missing component here, a lack of attention to detail."
