3x Super Bowl Champion and Fox Sports Analyst Mark Schlereth joined Dukes & Bell and told the guys the Saints won’t make the same mistakes the Cowboys did against the Rams running game “One thing the Saints won’t do is run stunts and run blitz, 99% of the time the Rams are in three wide they base everything out of the wide zone and they do an exceptional job of that all of their big passing plays come from matchups, the Cowboys tried to run blitz them and wide zone teams love that and the Saints will not do that.”

Schlereth told the guys what he thought was wrong with the Falcons offensive line this season “You have to have really talented players, you want athletes but the probably you had in Atlanta was injury issues and when you have issues in that scheme when you run the zone system you have to have guys working together on the same page and that’s been the biggest issue with the Atlanta Falcons is the injuries have thrown off that timing with the offensive line.”

When asked about the job Josh McDaniels has done this year with the Patriots offense “You have to give a lot of credit to Josh McDaniels because talent wise you could make an argument that they are the least talented unit left, the people saying that Rob Gronkowski is on the way out are laughable, all I saw him do is whip defensive lineman all day long. We tend to be fantasy football driven we want to see touchdowns and catches, I want to see peoples will taken away and that’s what he did on Sunday.”
