With Alabama and Auburn: “I don’t think Alabama’s winning the championship, but it wouldn’t be the craziest thing I’ve seen. Collin Sexton is a special, special talent. On Auburn, they have been hurt by injury (center Austin Wiley) and they are a slightly different team without him. They could be a fun story to cover.”

What about Georgia State against Cincinnati, do they have a shot?
“A shot, sure," said the CBS analyst. "It’s not a seven-game series, but Cincinnati’s clearly the better team. Cincinnati never took a loss to a mid-major this year.”

What about Virginia?
“Tony Bennett’s teams always play great defense and this is the best he’s ever had," said parrish. "They are excellent and I have them in the national championship game. I have an All-ACC national championship game with Virginia beating Duke in the title game.”

Parrish also referenced his thoughts on Thad Matta getting the Georgia job and feels if Matta doesn’t get it, he wouldn’t be surprised to see Tom Crean named to the position. “(Matta) is the best," said Parrish. "He doesn’t take himself too seriously, you will love him. I really don’t think I’ve had anyone say anything bad about him.”
