SEC Media Days takes over Atlanta next week starting on July 16. Rick and John and Dukes and Bell will be broadcasting live all week from the College Football Hall of Fame. Before the season even begins, CFB guru Phil Steele releases his preseason Top 25.

On Tuesday, Steele put out his Top 25 for the upcoming 2018 season, and five SEC schools made the list. National Champions, Alabama, not surprisingly, were at the top of the list at No. 1. He had Georgia ranked No. 5 behind Clemson, Ohio State and Washington.

Should they have been ranked higher on the list, especially after winning the SEC Championship game and playing in the National Championship game? Florida ranked No. 17, Auburn at No. 19 and Mississippi State coming in at No. 21.

Did Steele leave out other deserving teams in the SEC (i.e. Texas A&M or South Carolina)?
