In light of it being Father's Day, Chris and Harper wanted to know: Who is the Godfather of Atlanta sports? Many names come to mind: Bobby Cox, Hank Aaron, Dominique Wilkins, John Smoltz, etc... When Chris first thought of this topic he immediately said Hank Aaron.

Nobody, in Chris' mind is more loved and respected in Atlanta sports than Hank Aaron. For Harper Le Bel, he thought the same thing. That was until Chris had a conversation with his neighbor, who happens to be named Chris as well.

His neightbor said well it has to be Ted Turner.

Harper was all for Hank Aaron until, Jahi, the producer told him that his pick was Ted Turner. What Ted Turner was able to do with the Superstation and produce content to make his teams a national conversation changed the way we watch baseball and sports for that matter. He even had a large hand in professional wrestling and making it what it is today. Not to mention his impact on the Hawks while he was the owner.

So while Hank Aaron is beloved and will go down in history as one of the best athletes in Atlanta history, Ted Turner made Atlanta a national name.
