Morten Andersen joined Dukes & Bell, Morten talked about the new rules regarding extra points in the NFL.

“The thing is you never know when those three points are going to come in handy, that’s why I like the change in extra points.” Andersen said  “Because if you miss one early you are going have to chase it a little bit, it’s not a gimmee.”

Mort talked about what he felt was his defining moment in a Falcons uniform.

“As a Falcon one of the most defining moments was in the Metrodome when I kicked the game winning field goal to send the Falcons to their very first Super Bowl.” Said Andersen “I just saw John Randall and he started walking the other way, because he knows I’m going to bring it up and he says he doesn’t want to talk about it.”

When asked about the Atlanta United’s early success.

“I watched two games last year, I don’t think any of us who are fans of the MLS or soccer in general thought it was going to be such a success and that  72,000 that they have got in there is unreal.”
