Atlanta Hawks rookie guard Trae Young has been lighting the league on fire through the second-half of the season, making it a two-person race for NBA Rookie of the Year (with Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks).

Young had social media buzzing once again after hitting the game-winning shot against the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday.

Players from around the league also took notice of Young.

Andy Bunker and Harry Douglas wonder: Has Trae Young done enough to now make Atlanta a free agent destination?

"I think that's what Trae is doing," Andy said. "And I think you saw it on Saturday with the excitement on social media. Other players, other stars in the NBA, recognizing what he's doing in Atlanta. That's to me more important than individual awards."

Harry Douglas agrees saying the fact that Young plays like an unselfish point guard will also get the attention of big free agent shooters.

"When other guys around the league see that your point guard actually loves to pass, and doesn't mind passing up a good shot to get a great shot, its going to make them want to come even more," Harry said.

So will the Hawks finally land those big name players that fans have been hoping for?

"Building a culture on the team that you're on that can actually attract other players to elevate the team to where you want to go; Rookie of the Year would be great," Andy said. "Landing Klay Thompson? That would be better."
