The 2019 Atlanta Falcons season was anything but calm, in fact it was the most chaotic season the team has had under Head Coach Dan Quinn and one quality in particular which helped him make it through the season.

Carl Dukes said this offseason will be an important off-season for Quinn.

“There is too much talent in this building to be talking about seven win seasons.” Dukes said “This is the most important offseason for our Atlanta Falcons in a longtime, if we start off this upcoming season 1-5 there will be changes.”

Dukes talked Quinn’s ability to stay level amidst the chaos.

“When you have adversity you can’t lose it, I don’t know what you think of Dan Quinn, but one thing you can’t deny, amidst the chaos there were no leaks, no squabbles, once the chaos hit everything stayed level.” Dukes said “That is a big thing in the National football league, what we’re talking about is leadership, when everyone in the organization was saying oh crap, he wasn't, he was saying the same thing, that’s leadership, other teams don’t have that, that is why he saved his job, when chaos hit he kept a level mind.”
