Atlanta United Color Analyst Jason Longshore joined Jon Chuckery and Randy McMichael to talk about the latest with The 5 Stripes.

Longshore on Josef Martinez not getting the start for Venezuela a few days ago, “In a friendly I’m completely fine with it. In Copa America this summer or World Cup Qualifying you want Josef to start.”

Longshore talked about how he would like to see Franco Escobar and George Bello get some playing time with Atlanta United 2 tonight.

Longshore on Escobar, “He gives the ability to play a line of four in the back. So somebody is going to be sitting on the bench and I don’t know who that is. You can’t take Miles Robinson out of the lineup, he has been the best player on the team so far this season.”

Longshore on the international break, “Atlanta needs the break to get sharp.”
