Atlanta United Color Anlayst Jason Longshore joined Jon and Randy to preview tonight’s match vs. D.C. United.

On the expectations for the 5 stripes today, Longshore said, “I think we will see a lineup very similar to the one we saw in Orlando.” Longshore then talked about how last year we worried about a number of games in a short stretch and said the D.C. is going through that stretch now. He said, “They looked tired on Wednesday.”

As far as the tactical approach for tonight Longshore said, “I think Tata puts the pressure on D.C. tonight.”

Longshore on Wayne Rooney, “He is a really smart player and drop into a number of spots on the field. This attack in general is starting to thrive since Rooney has arrived.”

Longshore went on to talk about Rooney’s leadership; Miguel Almiron’s play this season and his future, and injuries.
