Atlanta United Color Analyst Jason Longshore joins Jon and Randy to talk about Josef Martinez making history, the win over Orlando and what’s coming up for the 5 Stripes. Longshore on Martinez, “He wasn’t having the best first half, maybe he was feeling some of the pressure.” Longshore went on to say, “The best part about Martinez’s record breaking goal was that it was a team goal.”

When asked about Barco Longshore said, “He has to fight for playing time now.” Longshore said that Remedi is playing so well that it’s hard to take him off right now.

When asked about the United game Longshore said, “You can dominate the game sometimes and the score lines doesn’t always show it. Orlando played as well as they possibly can right now. This was a match that Atlanta controlled. You could feel the tension ramping in the second half.”

Longshore went on to talk about the NY Red Bulls and DC United (specifically Wayne Rooney).
