Former GM and MLB Analyst Jim Bowden joins Jeff Benedict and speaks about what the Braves need to do to get more notice nationally and why people have been slow to come around on the team as a contender, explainign that "the Braves are the team to beat in the East" and "It's taken a while for people to understand how good this starting rotation is". He also mentions how the Braves have developed pitching and the job done by Kevin Gausman since he joined the club, adding that "this is a legitimate postseason team right now and that's because of the pitching". He also touches on if the team has enough in the bullpen to really compete down the stretch and why the Phillies have similar concerns.

Jim heavily praises Ronald Acuna Jr. "Ronald Acuna Jr is the third best all around outfield in the game behind Mookie Betts and Mike Trout", explains why Acuna and Albies are the difference makers, explain how Freeman, Markakis, and Flowers add the needed veteran presence, and why he thinks Acuna Jr. has passed Juan Soto for NL Rookie of the Year.

He also touches on which current division leaders he feels could fizzle out in the playoffs.
