Brian Jordan joined Dukes and Bell to some Braves with the guys and told them about how much fun it’s been watching Charlie Culberson last night, Jordan said “No question about it, that’s the best way to get revenge when you have a guy like Scherzer throw at your head that’s the best way to get back at home, and it’s fun to watch Culberson continue to come up big for the team.”

Brian talked with the guys about which pitcher he has the most confidence in, Jordan told us “It has to be Sean Newcomb, I know he had his stretch where he didn’t pitch well but that happens with young pitchers. When you go toe to toe with a guy like Max Scherzer like he did, and giving up that first inning homer was key, and him coming back from that showed that he’s ready for the moment.”

When asked about who he thought would be a superstar between Ronald Acuna Jr. and Ozzie Albies “I think both are going to be superstars, they feed off each other, they are best friends and I think ‘they’re both going to be superstars.’”
