After more discussion on UGA’s G-Day game, we spoke to Kelly Quinlan of Rivals Sports on Georgia Tech’s spring game Friday night.

“One of the bigger things, to me, involved the third-team B-back gaining a bunch of yards on the top defense," said Quinlan.

"They had about 14 guys out for this because of injury,” he said.

On Quinalan's spring game observations:

While he doesn’t believe Tech needs a top-10 defense to succeed, he believes they, and new defensive coordinator Nate Woody, could help the offense a lot by being a top-30 unit.
