New Georgia State coach felt like it was the right time

Sam Crenshaw was filling in for Andy Bunker on the Bunker Mentality on Tuesday night when joined by a special guest. Sam got a chance to talk to the newly hired head coach for the Georgia State basketball men's basketball team, Rob Lanier.He talked about how thankful he was to be here in Atlanta.

He stressed how many coaches have had an influence on his career. 'I spent four years with Billy Donovan' Lanier said. He also coached under Tennessee head coach Rick Barnes on two different occasions. Lanier wants to be aggressive when it comes to the style of play he wants to implement. 'We are going to be a man to man team' Lanier said.
