It's never too early to start thinking about the 2018 season coming up for your Atlanta Falcons. Stan Norfleet was in bold predictions mood Monday evening on The Sports Beat with Stan Norfleet.

Norfleet tossed out three "realistic, yet bold" predictions and took two callers' big guesses as well.

  1. (1:00) Steve Sarkisian's offense will look more like the Falcons did in 2016 and less like they did in 2017. The Falcons offense will score 30 points or more in the 2018 season.
  2. (2:54) Dan Quinn will retain the exact same coaching staff from 2018 to 2019, even if Falcons don't make the playoffs. "At some point, you have to have some type of stability."
  3. (8:06) Tevin Coleman, the year before he's a free agent, will lead the Falcons in rushing.

And two from the callers:

  1. The Falcons will draft a quarterback in the 2019 draft as early as the fourth round.
  2. Coleman and Devonta Freeman will both rush for 1,000 yards, Matt Ryan will throw for 4,500 yards and the Atlanta defense will rank as a top-five unit.
