After Atlanta United failed to take the lead on a second-half penalty kick miss from Josef Martinez, the game with DC United looked to be headed for a 0-0 draw.

That was until Pity Martinez, who came in late as a sub, rescued three points for the home side.

John Fricke and Hugh Douglas chat about Pity's big moment and if it could be the start of something big for him.

"For all that's been said about Pity and the South American Player of the Year and underperforming, he comes on as a sub and is the player of the game," says Fricke.

"Can't explain to you how good it felt to him to have the crowd respond the way that they did to him in that moment," says Hugh Douglas. "That right there is probably the best night he's had since he's been here at Atlanta United."
