The Georgia Bulldogs offense is going to look a lot different when they begin their 2020 season.

Quarterback Jake Fromm announced Wednesday that he will forego his senior season with the Dawgs and enter the NFL Draft.

On top of Fromm, the offense is also losing linemen Andrew Thomas, Isaiah Wilson and Solomon Kindley, who all declared, and Clay Webb entered the transfer portal. Running back D'Andre Swift and wide receiver Lawrence Cager also opted to enter the draft.

Georgia currently has three quarterbacks on scholarship: Stetson Bennett (redshirt junior), D'Wan Matthis (redshirt freshman) and Carson Beck (true freshman). Only one of those guys has seen playing time, and that's Bennett.

There are also quarterbacks in the transfer portal that head coach Kirby Smart could consider: Jamie Newman (Wake Forest), KJ Costello (Stanford), Feliepe Franks (Florida) and Anthony Brown (Boston College).

Another year of Fromm, Smart would've had the chance to evaluate these other quarterbacks.

"I think it puts a lot of pressure on Kirby to make sure you find the right person," Andy Bunker said.

"That's why you get paid the big bucks to make these type of calls," Randy McMichael added. "I'm sure he doesn't know because you haven't seen a large chunk of these guys."
