NFL Hall of Famer Bruce Smith has gone from the highlight reel to the blooper reel.

The Buffalo Bills legend appeared on a recent episode of Celebrity Family Feud” alongside fellow Hall of Famers Michael Irvin and Cris Carter, and gave an all-time hilariously bad answer that resulted in host Steve Harvey dropping an F-bomb.

Smith took the stage when he was asked by Harvey, “If Captain Hook was moonlighting as a handyman, he might replace his hook with what tool?”

The all-time sacks leader replied, “hammer” before the buzzer sounded because the previous contestant had guessed that, forcing Smith to guess again.

That is when Smith quickly went into the gutter, uttering a male part of the anatomy.

Harvey, who is no stranger to blunders himself, did not seem to notice at first as he began asking the next question when it suddenly hit him.

“What the f—k did he say?” Harvey asked as he turned toward the audience.

Smith retreated back to his team hysterically laughing while Irvin and Carter could not believe what they heard themselves, either.

The clip, of course, went viral on social media.

Who knows why Smith’s mind went there, but needless to say it is hard to imagine if Captain Hook would replace his hand with that, uh, tool, if he were to moonlight as a handyman.
