This isn't going to be what the NBA's return to basketball looks like. But Trae Young and the Hawks aren't a part of the league's 22-team plan to resume play in Disney World, anyway, so the star must have been looking to get back on the court one way or another.

In front of a packed gym in Oklahoma, Trae Young returned to the hardwood for the first time since the league's stoppage and exploded for 43 points against a mix of former professional or college players and amateur hoopers in the Skinz league. You can check out the highlights below.

According to Joe Mussatto of The Oklahoman, the Skinz League was founded by Chris Skinner five years ago and features top local talent, 25% of which are thought to have professional experience. Clearly, the league isn't following the same protocols as the NBA, as the sides of the court were lined with fans. Though Young won't be returning to the NBA this season, Oklahoma City Thunder rookie Darius Bazley will, and you have to wonder what his team and the league think about the environment in which he was competing.

Social distancing worries aside, Young's performance was fun to watch. He got back to his old ways right off the bat, sinking a deep, and I mean deep three pointer in the performance (h/t Jack Baer of Yahoo! Sports).
