With Tom Crean at the helm, UGA basketball fans had hopes he could turn the program around.

When he shocked the world and kept Anthony Edwards in-state, the expectations for UGA's team went as high as they've been in the past ten years.

Over halfway through the season however, with Edwards projected as the #1 overall pick by many, Georgia's season is even worse than anyone thought it would be.

92.9 The Game College Basketball Insider DeShaun Tate joined John Fricke and Hugh Douglas and spoke about Anthony Edwards and the expectations on him and UGA.

"The crazy thing is we're putting so many expectations on a guy that's 18 years old. We're talking about a guy that has the physical pieces, we know he has the skillset, the body, the strength, the athleticism, but we don't see it as often as we should."
