Jason Longshore, Atlanta United color analyst, joined John and Hugh Live at The Gulch. Coming out of the International Break, it seemed that Atlanta United could not stop any one. Now, a drastic change from before the International Break, where Atlanta United were getting one clean sheet after another.

Jason talks about the up-and-down performance and that Atlanta United weren't controlling matches after the break. The big hit to the defense was the injury to Brek Shea. There is currently no left wing back. Guys have filled in but, no one has been steady.

Jason also attributes the defense not being as strong because of the lack of veteran leadership on defense. Michael Parkhurst being there game in and game out was that calming veteran leadership. His lack of presence makes things tough defensively for the Five Stripes.
