Atlanta United’s Emerson Hyndman joined the show to talk about the team’s win last night, how he’s adapting to the team and his first experience at MBS Stadium.

Eric talked about his first game at Mercedes Benz Stadium.

“It was incredible.” Hyndman said “Great atmosphere, it was a wonder feeling getting to play in front of the home crowd and just a great night overall to get the win.”

Hyndman told the guys how his time in Scotland prepared him for the MLS.

“I can’t point a finger on a certain thing.” Hyndman said “The experience in Scotland I had with it being a physical league I think helped because the MLS is a very physical league as well.”

Eric discussed the direction he’s gotten from Frank de Boer so far on how to play.

“He didn’t give me too much direction.” Hyndman said “He told me to play my game, he’s given me the confidence to do that and it’s really exciting to do that.”

When asked about his experience in the city so far.

“When I first got here and saw stickers on cars.” Hyndman said “That’s stuff you don’t see in other cities in the US, that’s the good thing about being here is everyone really supports the team that’s what makes it so great here.”
