Atlanta Falcons running back Devonta Freeman is back after missing 14 games in 2018 with groin and knee injuries. With Tevin Coleman moving on in the offseason, Freeman is the lone No. 1 back heading into his comeback campaign.

But how high should our expectations really be for Freeman?

"My magic number is 250 as far as catches and rushes combined," Andy Bunker said.

Randy McMichael believes that number should be higher if he's going to be that workhorse for the Falcons. Freeman needs to be between 225 rushes and 50 receptions is "where he needs to be for this offense to be good."

Is that realistic?

"It has to be, right, when you look at the depth at the running back position," McMichael continued.

"To me, it's kind of about hope versus belief, " Andy countered. "You hope Devonta Freeman can do that...if you're keeping five running backs, that, to me, doesn't say you necessarily believe that Devonta Freeman can do what you hope that he can do."
