The Braves are now 5 ½ games ahead in the NL East. They won their 50th game of the season, taking two of three from the New York Mets over the weekend. This team is on course for a deep playoff run. But what move would put the team over the top?

Dukes said he thinks the team is missing another starter that could put them over the top.

“Freddie Freeman had 33 RBI in the month of June, they were one HR shy of the record by Seattle in 1999, Luke Jackson has been pitching really well again, but what is this team missing?" Dukes asked. “We’re still missing a number one starter. As good as Soroka has been, he’s only 21-years-old (and) it’s different in the postseason. I’m not sure if Keuchel will be that guy.”

McFadden talked about the team needing more bullpen depth.

“For me, I’m waiting for Keuchel to really give us something,” McFadden said. “Another thing were missing is another piece in the bullpen to add more depth...Offensively, they’re the Kansas City Chiefs of baseball. You can close your eyes and pick a guy to step up each night.”
