5 most important Falcons in 2019

The Atlanta Falcons wrapped up their first week of Organized Team Activities (OTAs) on Thursday. While the practices were voluntary, there were some noticeable absences: Vic Beasley, Deion Jones, Julio Jones and Grady Jarrett.

Coach Dan Quinn and GM Thomas Dimitroff are in a make-or-break after a disappointing 7-9 season. While you can blame last year on injuries to key starters, the pressure to win next year is high.

The Falcons brought in new (and former) offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter while Coach Quinn has assumed the defensive coordinator duties.

They also focused on revamping the offensive line, drafting guard Chris Lindstrom (No. 14) and guard Kaleb McGary (No. 31) in the first round of the 2019 draft. They also picked up veteran guards James Carpenter and Jamon Brown.

Also making his return to the field this week was running back Devonta Freeman, who missed most of last season after undergoing hernia surgery.

Outside of quarterback Matt Ryan and wide receiver Julio Jones, who is the most important Falcon in order for the team to turn things around this season?

Andy and Randy's Top 5:

1. Deion Jones

2. Devonta Freeman

3. Jake Matthews

4. Vic Beasley

5. Takk McKinley
