John Fricke and Hugh Douglas broke down what went on with the Atlanta Braves over the weekend during their series with the New York Mets.

After playing multiple highlights from the Braves 7-3 win last night during Sunday Night Baseball and a post-game clip from Brian Snitker, Fricke and Douglas discussed the Braves sense of urgency this season.

Fricke brings up the fact that both Sean Newcomb and Kyle Wright were both sent to Triple A. Douglas responded, “The Braves are doing what they have to do and don’t have time to wait.”

Fricke said, “Julio Teheran has been steady so far this year. He hasn’t been great but he has had some good starts.”

The conversation then switched to the leadoff spot and centerfield. Fricke said, “I think Ronald Acuña should be the everyday centerfielder.”

Then Fricke asks how many of these young pitchers can we rely on right now?
