The Atlanta Falcons released their depth chart ahead of their Week 1 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings.

There are two glaring positions of concern: right tackle and left guard.

Listed at starter at RT is Matt Gono OR Kaleb McGary. At LG, Jamon Brown OR James Carpenter. They key word for both is "or."

"Those five guys--you don't want an 'or.' "You don't want a competition the week of the game," Randy McMichael of the Midday Show said about the offensive line.

Ty Sambrailo's shoulder injury threw a wrench into the plan on the right side of the line. The Falcons are forced to start a young lineman next to a rookie guard in Chris Lindstrom.

"Whether it's Gono or McGary...that side of the offensive line is going to be so young and so inexperienced," Andy Bunker added.

"Without question there are going to be situations in the game against Minnesota where that defensive front, which is very talented and a Mike Zimmer defense which is very complicated, is going to throw something at you that you've never seen before."

The most frustrating part of this whole thing, for Andy, is that the offensive line was the focus of the offseason and it feels like we're in the same situation as last season.

"Injuries threw a wrench into this plan...Now here we are sitting here on Wednesday of Week 1 really not knowing what the unit is going to look like when they go out there against Minnesota on Sunday."
