Why is Colin Kaepernick not playing in the XFL? The guys on Dukes & Bell talked about why the league doesn’t have such a big name playing for the upstart league.

Carl said the reason why Kaepernick isn’t playing is all about money.

“Oliver Luck who is the commissioner of the XFL said it’s about salary restraints.” Dukes said “Whether you want to believe this or not but Kap is a brand, and with a brand there is a price tag that goes along with it, and he is going to be too much of a price tag for these teams to take on.”
