Mike Conti


Mike Conti is the Managing Editor of Sports Radio 92.9 The Game, and contributes daily to the station's midday and afternoon shows. Additionally, he hosts the pregame, halftime and postgame shows on both the Atlanta Falcons Radio Network and the Atlanta Hawks Radio Network and is the play-by-play voice of Atlanta United.

Since joining 92-9 the Game on the day of its launch in 2012, Conti has hosted the station's coverage of the Falcons in Super Bowl LI, and the Hawks run to the 2015 NBA Eastern Conference Finals. He has also handled play-by-play duties for the station's Atlanta Dream WNBA broadcasts, and for the season-opening Corky Kell High School Football Classic.

Conti's career was launched in 1997 covering Penn State Football at WMAJ in State College, PA. He later covered PGA Golf and The Masters at WLOW-FM in Savannah, GA; covered the New Orleans Saints and Hornets at WWL-AM in New Orleans; and reported for the Atlanta Braves Radio Network at WGST-AM in Atlanta. He’s also served as the play-by-play announcer for Pennsylvania High School Championships on the Pennsylvania Cable Network, and for the New Orleans Voodoo of the Arena Football League.

Prior to joining the staff at The Game, Mike spent four years as the Morning News Anchor at WGST in Atlanta, and won a National Edward R. Murrow Award covering the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina at WWL in New Orleans. He also has won several Gabby Awards from the Georgia Association of Broadcasters for his coverage of the Atlanta Hawks.

Mike is currently a member of Penn State University’s College of Communications Alumni Society Board of Directors. He lives in Doraville with his wife, Leighan, and their dogs Fred and Clarke.
